Easy methods to improve your skin

Having a healthy skin can make a huge difference in your overall look. But has become very difficult nowadays to obtain that skin due many factors like pollution, busy schedule, exposing your skin too much to sun.





But don't worry there are still many ways using which you can make huge difference in your skin's texture. And they are very less time consuming as well.

  • Drink lots of water : You must have heard a lot of time that drinking water is very important to keep yourself healthy. That's true it helps in making your skin glowy as well. If your body is dehydrated then your skin will also look dull and dehydrated. I know it could become sometime very difficult to keeping on going to loo because of drinking lot of water but its better to do that than spending a lot on skincare.

  • Sunscreen : No matter its winter, summer, spring or autumn you should always wear sunscreen even you are indoor. UV rays damage your skin very badly. It makes your skin age early. So it is very important to wear sunscreen at SPF 35. It should be reapplied after at least 3 hours depending upon your SPF.

  •  Cleansing : It is very important to cleanse your face at least once in a day specially at night time. In the morning you can just wash your face with luke warm water if you don't have time to cleanse your face. It is also very important to choose the cleanser according to your skin  type. You can use the oil based cleanser if your skin is dry. Water based cleansers are good for combinational skin. Gel based cleansers are good for oily skin. If you have oily skin you can use something with salicylic acid.

  • Moisturization : Like our body needs water likewise water is not enough to hydrate our skin. Moisturizers not just hydrate our skin, they also act as a protective layer for skin. So it is very important to moisturize our skin both day and night time. No matter your skin is oily still you have to apply moisturizer. Choosing the right moisturizer according to your skin type is very essential to have better skin.

  • Eating Healthy : Our food plays a huge role in building our skin. If you eat lot of junk food or oily food, eventually its going to effect your skin. So it is very important to eat healthy. Specially foods like green vegetables, fruits nuts etc helps in improving the skin.

  • Exfoliate : Exfoliation is very important to get better skin. Our skin sheds up old skin after a while and exfoliation is the way to remove the old dead skin and if we don't remove it makes our dull. Even it clogs our pores as well which leads to blackheads, acne and whiteheads so it is very important to remove it. You can either use physical exfoliators or chemical, depending on your skin type.
